The Architecture Construction and Design (ACD) Company is a studio for architecture, planning, and design led by partner architects Hrachya and Tigran Poghossyan. It has been at the forefront of architectural and interior design for many years.
Since 1997, ACD has undertaken a wide variety of architectural projects, including multi-use urban developments, corporate headquarters, hotels, theaters, academic buildings, healthcare facilities, sports and recreational facilities, housing, and private residences. The company's main architects create distinctive work that uniquely combines modern and traditional architecture.
Rather than following fashions, ACD aspires to bring original and fresh architecture that articulates a sense of comfort and purpose, while fulfilling the programmatic requirements of the building.
For each project, the architects endeavor to develop a character that expresses the client's aspirations, program, local culture, and context.
ACD's products group, directed by architect Tigran Poghossyan, has designed exclusive furniture and interior decorations ranging from architectural products such as wooden furniture, lighting, and bath fixtures to objects for the home, hotel, and office.
The company's clients have included public and private sector developers, as well as educational, cultural and religious institutions. Among its best-known works are heritage hotel complexes all over Armenia - on the shores of Lake Sevan, in the city of Yerevan, and in northern Armenia's Lorree region.
